Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy
Only products that are defective due to manufacturing errors can be returned to us. We will contact the local distributor and facilitate replacement. NO opened product or boxes will be accepted for returns.


Unsatisfactory Product Condition
Should damaged items be received by the purchaser, it should immediately be reported to the relevant shipping agency and should not be accepted and received by the purchaser. Acceptance of any parcel constitutes an agreement that the parcel has not been damaged in transit.


Refund Policy
Jager Games will refund the purchaser in full under the following conditions:
• The product purchased was indicated as being in stock in error. In this case no product is available to ship, and purchaser will receive full refund.
• The wrong product was delivered and was not opened and still sealed. After arrangements have been made to return the product and Jager Games has inspected the product and confirms that it is sellable, a full refund will be issued.
